These Little Libraries are a great way to support community connection through the joy of book sharing and finding new ones. It also gives children an opportunity to select a book for themselves that excites them and set them down the path of discovery and learning.

In the design process, the main priority is protecting the Library from the elements and to ensure the books are in safe condition through all seasons.
- Extended roof eave (front and back).
- Protective awning above the door.
- Door designed wider than the opening for overlap protection.
- Glued, screwed, and silicone-sealed joints.
- Four coats of exterior paint + two coats of polyurethane.
- Corner trims to prevent water damage.
- Vent behind the pediment for airflow.
🎨 The Ordering Process
- Select your preferences:
- Primary colour
- Door colour (gable and trims are typically white)
- Hand-painted mural: Lemon 🍋, Cherries 🍒, Blueberries 🫐
- Gable design: Traditional, Federation, Heritage Arch, or Victorian Scroll
- Door handle: Black, Gold, or Silver
- 3D model image will be sent for approval prior to production.
- Build: 4-week production time.
- Delivery: Approximately 2 weeks delivery within Australia.
- Installation: Follow post-installation instructions. (Note: You will need to purchase the post yourself and install it, or hire a contractor to do so.)
